I've been quiet on the blog for the last little (ok long....) while and for good reason. We have been working hard to prepare for our in-store launch of our products and we are within weeks of landing on grocery shelves near you!
Super exciting, but it's also been a tad bit stressful to manage. For anyone who has created a product in the CPG space, especially in food you will understand the massive undertaking it can be to navigate the rigorous requirements of regulatory bodies, retail requirements, social media demands, suppliers, shipping and life all at once.
We started out with a singular product ready to launch to the world - our dehydrated sourdough starter. And through the process of an intensive four month mentorship with some of the industries best brains it was quickly realized that there was more to offer, as there was more missing than just the initial welcome to sourdough through a starter.
Over the past few months we have been working on adding additional products to our lineup and we are SUPER excited to say that we are currently offering a TRIO of products with more to come and additional flavours being added as soon as we can get them out of production.
What else are we offering you ask??
Well, if you're the snacking season of parenting than we think this will be just perfect for you. Sourdough Snackables (cracker bites meant for snacking solo) and Sourdough Crookies (cookie meets a cracker) are our two newest offerings landing on shelves near you in hopes that you will now be able to have some suitable options for meeting gluten sensitivities with snacks.
As many who are challenged by gluten sensitivities are also challenged by dairy sensitivities, we opted to make both of those product lines dairy free as well. Made with 80+% organic ingredients (did you know finding organic salt is nearly impossible??) you can rest assured that you will find our commitment to quality throughout every bite. No preservatives, just simple, clean ingredients that are naturally leavened and flavoured to bring you the best in gut friendly snacking your grocery has to offer!
